Tissot PRX 40 Strap Size & Fitting
The Tissot PRX 40 has no standard lug gap: the bracelet flows out of the case and attaches with Tissot's quick-release bars. You need a strap made for the 40mm PRX; Tissot says its official PRX 40mm straps fit all 40mm PRX models.

Fit & sizing notes for the PRX 40
- What to buy: straps made for the PRX 40, or an adapter kit for this exact model. A normal-width strap won't attach on its own. Our integrated & smartwatch strap guide explains the options.
- Adapters stick out past the case, so the watch wears longer; check the adapter's output width before buying straps for it.
- Wrist fit: at 44.5mm lug-to-lug it should sit within the top of wrists from about 14.8cm up (rule of thumb: lug-to-lug under ~30% of wrist size). That's longer than 15% of the watches in our index. See what size watch suits your wrist.
- Strap thickness: at 10.9mm thick it's mid-thickness, so most straps suit it; padded leather and NATOs both balance well.
Because the first link is fixed to the case, the PRX wears longer than its 40mm diameter suggests; reviewers quote about 51mm effective lug-to-lug. The 35mm PRX and the 42mm chronograph use different straps, so match the size on your case back before you buy.
