Across the 9 Garmin models with standard lugs in our index, lug widths are 18mm (3), 20mm (3), 22mm (3). The most common is 22mm, but don't assume: sizes vary within the brand, so check your exact model below. the Fenix 7 (47mm) and the Forerunner 965 and the Fenix 7S and the Fenix 7X and the Fenix 8 (47mm) and the Fenix 8 (51mm) and the Instinct 2 and the Instinct 2S use an integrated or proprietary fitting, so normal straps need an adapter (how that works).
