Fit & sizing notes for the Fenix 7S
- What to buy: straps made for the Fenix 7S, or an adapter kit for this exact model. A normal-width strap won't attach on its own. Our integrated & smartwatch strap guide explains the options.
- Adapters stick out past the case, so the watch wears longer; check the adapter's output width before buying straps for it.
- Every Garmin model: see our Garmin band size guide for which bands fit each one.
The S-size Fenix models (5S, 6S, 7S) all use QuickFit 20. Check the case size, not just the name, on newer models.

Garmin Fenix 7S — band questions
What strap size does the Fenix 7S take?
This watch uses Garmin's QuickFit 20 system: any QuickFit 20 band clicks on without tools. Standard spring-bar straps and Garmin's quick-release bands are different systems and won't attach directly.
Can I put a normal NATO or leather strap on it?
Not directly. A standard strap won't attach on its own. Where a model-specific adapter exists, fit that first and then a normal strap of the adapter's width.
Where can I buy straps that fit the Fenix 7S?
Search for straps and adapters made specifically for the Garmin Fenix 7S; generic sizes won't clip in without one.
